Winter Checklist

So, Winter is here. I would be slightly more enthusiastic about the new season if my fingers were not half frozen while I type this.

It’s the time of year when you can only leave the house with your scarf, hat and gloves. When you have to bring an extra layer of clothing into the office for when you’re sitting at your desk. When the weekly hot beverage you were treating yourself to becomes a daily necessity.

That’s not to say I’m bemoaning everything the wintery season has to offer. In fact, I’ve made a little Winter Checklist to put my priorities in place and ensure I remember to be productive while also practicing self care.
Isn’t there just something satisfying about ticking your accomplishments off a list?

Here’s my Winter to-do list:
  • Make Christmas Cards
  • Visit Brown Thomas' Store of Wonder
  • Create a Christmas Playlist
  • Go ice-skating
  • Watch Frozen
  • Make Gingerbread Men
  • Visit the Christmas Markets
  • Watch The Nightmare Before Christmas
  • Make a Christmas Eve Box
  • Try a Gingerbread Latte
  • Write up a Christmas Gift Wishlist
  • Get cosy and comfortable Winter Boots
  • Make Resolutions for the New Year

You can download your own printable version my saving the image below.

Check back in December for my follow-up post to see how I’m getting on!

What are you planning for this season?

A Bit Of Everything

  1. This is the most fun to-do list ever! Normally I look at my list and put off starting it. If it was like this one, I would be looking forward to starting it :) Good luck!

  2. Love this! I've read a few of these today, and now I'm so in the mood for Christmas!
Loving the Christmas Eve box idea, it's so cute. Also, Nightmare Before Christmas is the best movie; can be watched on not one but two major holidays.

  7. There's nothing like a winter check list. I must remember to take N ice skating again this year - hopefully he'll skate and not just make me push a penguin while he sits down!
